All sales are final. Orders for DVDs are non-returnable except in the case of product defect or shipping error by Creative Textile & Quilting Arts.
If the product needs to be returned due to defect or shipping error, the buyer must contact Creative Textile & Quilting Arts within 30 days of the shipment date to obtain a Returns Authorization. Credits will not be issued for goods that are returned without an authorization.
If the product is defective, Creative Textile & Quilting Arts will replace it at no cost to you.
If the product needs to be returned due to shipping error, it must be returned in saleable condition.

Online class registration is non-refundable once you have accessed your classroom.
I provide a free demonstration workshop - Machine Wrapped Cording - which I suggest you try before signing up for a paid class. This workshop will give you an idea of what a paid workshop will be like.
